If so, please read on!</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>WORK SCHEDULE</span></span></p>\n<p><span>This full-time position works <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday - Friday</span> from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">8:00 am - 5:00 pm</span> with participation in an on-call rotation required. (premium pay for on-call).  Pay is $21-$23/ho</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ur.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br>1. Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry,<br>appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.<br>2. Utilizing IPAD or tablet for daily job tasks including receiving and prioritizing work orders<br>3. Assist with unit turns with drywall work, painting, cleaning and removing trash<br>4. Maintain the grounds in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.<br>5. Participate in on-call emergency schedule for evening, weekends, and holidays.<br>6. Complete work order requests<br>7. Picks up all trash and debris from the property grounds and cleans all dumpsters and<br>mailbox pad areas daily<br>8. Sweeps building walkways daily or blows walkways.<br>9. Cleans all breeze ways three times a week.<br>10. Removes all trash from laundry room and wet mops laundry room floors daily.<br>11. Wet mops interior entrances and vacuums all carpeted halls and stairways on a<br>weekly basis<br>12. Dusts and cleans laundry room washers and dryers on a weekly basis<br>13. Removes snow from walkways and other common areas and spreading ice melt<br>14. Reports building/property damage or vandalism, unusual situations and conditions<br>15. Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment<br>16. Performs all other duties as required</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:</span><br>1. High School education or equivalent<br>2. Valid driver’s license<br>3. Two years of maintenance experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and/or<br>HVAC repairs.<br>4. Ability to lift, regularly move and maneuver objects weighing 50 pounds<br>5. Ability to work outdoors in typical weather conditions<br>6. Ability to follow both written and oral communications<br>7.
