The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the loan origination process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of mortgage guidelines, underwriting processes, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both clients and loan officers.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Review and analyze loan applications for completeness and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Process loans in accordance with company policies.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with loan officers to gather necessary documentation for underwriting.</li>\n <li>Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower eligibility.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed records of all loan processing activities.</li>\n <li>Utilize basic math skills for calculations related to loans, escrow, and other financial documents.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the loan processing cycle.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year of proven experience in loan processing or related roles within the financial services sector.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with mortgage guidelines, servicing, and underwriting practices.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of credit analysis principles and banking operations.</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Proficient in basic math and capable of performing calculations accurately.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
