Description Primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by offering our innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Identify and engage potential Clients through market research and prospecting. Acquisition of New Enterprise Clients. Mapping the relevant stakeholders and the requirements of enterprise clients. Provide them with the best solution to meet their recruitment / Employer branding needs effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client challenges. Meet and exceed sales target by effectively communicating product value propositions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Achieving sales objectives and revenue targets by selling and up-selling, and cross-selling varied offerings including employer branding options. sales management to drive both volume and value business. Provide training to existing clients to enhance the usage of the platform services. Sales Analysis, usage review, and planning vis-à-vis product analysis on a Quarterly basis to arrive at the action plan for the new quarter. Closely monitoring competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies. Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success. Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
