We are seeking individuals who possess the skills and interest to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.</p><p>The Cafe worker is responsible for providing customers with an enjoyable memorable experience. They take orders, prepare food and drinks, and serve items.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares food according to item specifications; understanding and planning the future productions and mass productions; preparing for seasonality; adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment; and demonstrating an understanding of product and layout execution.</li><li>Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the resort experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizing handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them.</li><li>Drives the performance of the area; stocking and rotating merchandise; ensuring quality and date control standards; eliminating waste; providing member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member&#39;s needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist members with purchasing decisions; payment types; locating merchandise; and resolving member issues and concerns.</li><li>Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum or at least 6 months&rsquo; experience in a similar capacity&nbsp;working knowledge of culinary terms and preparations.</li><li>Ability to work food preparation.</li><li>Follow all recipes &amp; plating specifications as directed.</li><li>Flexible/varied schedule availability to meet the needs of the business\\</li><li>Maintain personal hygiene standards in accordance with State Health Standards for Food Service Employees.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all personnel.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This position is an extremely physically active position.
