This role partners closely with the AI Technical Product Manager and ML Engineers to identify opportunities, quantify impact, and ensure that AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.</p>\n<p><br>You will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights—helping define what to build, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, and measuring the real-world impact of deployed AI features.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the AI Technical Product Manager to support data-driven decision-making across AI initiatives</li>\n<li>Analyze datasets to assess the potential functional and business impact of proposed features</li>\n<li>Define success metrics and measure post-implementation performance to evaluate actual impact</li>\n<li>Provide actionable insights that inform product roadmap, prioritization, and ROI</li>\n<li>Collaborate with ML Engineers to identify machine learning opportunities using proprietary datasets</li>\n<li>Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing) to validate product and AI feature effectiveness</li>\n<li>Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper usage across projects.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in data science, analytics, or a related field</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Python or R, and strong SQL skills</li>\n<li>Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling</li>\n<li>Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and product teams</li>\n<li>Familiarity with product analytics and measuring feature impact (e.g., KPI definition, funnel analysis)</li>\n<li>Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and ML</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice-to-Have</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with AI/ML teams or AI-powered products</li>\n<li>Familiarity with machine learning concepts and identifying ML use cases</li>\n<li>Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)</li>\n<li>Exposure to large-scale or proprietary datasets</li>\n<li>Experience in ROI modelling or business case development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Blanc Labs is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to employing in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
