      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Help with training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance</li>\n<li>Along with the guidance from our global parent company, ensure security of data, network access and backup systems</li>\n<li>Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy</li>\n<li>Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time</li>\n<li>Audit systems and assess their outcomes</li>\n<li>Preserve assets, information security and control structures.</li>\n<li>Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.</li>\n<li>Maintain the integrity and security of the corporate network, servers, routers, hubs and switches.</li>\n<li>Install, configure, and maintain the appropriate software and hardware on all systems, including servers, computers, laptops, tablets, barcode scanners, printers, operating systems, other software, and necessary peripheral devices.</li>\n<li>Lead the internal help desk to provide IT support to our employees in a timely and professional manner.</li>\n<li>Install, diagnose, and repair wired and wireless networks.</li>\n<li>Work with the IT staff at our global parent company<strong> </strong>to organize and schedule maintenance, upgrades and backups.</li>\n<li>Maintain logs of repairs, upgrades, and maintenance timeframes.</li>\n<li>Identify computer or network equipment deficiencies and communicate opportunities for improvement to Senior Management.</li>\n<li>Reviews data collected by direct reports and identifies needs or trends. Adjusts activities and resources based on fluctuating internal and external customer requirements.</li>\n<li>Management of phone systems.</li>\n<li>Responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all and maintaining the integrity and security of our network infrastructure as directed by the IT staff at our global parent company.</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience</li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems</li>\n<li>Expertise in data center management and data governance</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation</li>\n<li>Experience with ERP conversions (SAP a plus)</li>\n<li>Advance level in Microsoft tools (mainly Excel)</li>\n<li>High ability to solve problems</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task</li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations</li>\n\n</div>"
