Focus on completing assigned project tasks and working closely with your team. Develop your technical skills and knowledge to improve your capabilities in providing solutions.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p style=\"margin-left:-5.4pt;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &ndash; EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Associates degree in Mechatronics or equivalent experience required.&nbsp;</li><li>Current electrical license preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Background or training in industrial control systems is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with CAD e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to travel to customer and vendor facilities; approximately 10% travel required.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be a good fit culturally for a family-owned enterprise.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p style=\"margin-left:-5.4pt;\"><strong>JOB DUTIES</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technical</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Hardware<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Build, configure, and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems safely.&nbsp;</li><li>Build, configure, and troubleshoot sensors, instruments, valves, and VFDs.</li><li>Design, build, configure, and troubleshoot control, IO, drive, network, and HMI panels.</li><li>Work with Panel Shop to build industrial panels.&nbsp;</li><li>Review panel builds to verify alignment.</li></ul></li><li>Software<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Assist others in PLC and HMI installation.</li></ul></li><li>Network<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Assist others in network equipment installation.&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Project</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Follow all MG Newell and customer safe work practices while on site and in the shop.</li><li>Assist others in the quoting, planning, build, and commission phases of a project.</li><li>Perform design, test and closing phase tasks assigned by the project lead.</li><li>Regularly attend internal project meetings.</li><li>Provide detailed work performed documentation.</li><li>Develop drawing packages for use in reviews, construction, and turnover packages.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Administrative</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Remain up to date on safety training and certification.</li><li>Submit weekly timesheets accurately and on time.</li><li>Follow MG Newell procedures.</li><li>Detail oriented in all work.</li><li>Promote an engaging work environment by exhibiting a positive attitude, helping where needed, and being an active member of the company.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leadership</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Provide regular status updates to your supervisor and project leaders.</li><li>Manage your time and tasks.</li><li>Professional development in technical expertise.</li><li>Respond promptly in your team communications.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sales</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with the customer.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">M.
