          "text": "<p>The Senior Finance Systems Analyst role consults and leads functional teams in the development of business requirements; functional and process designs; as well as testing, configuring, training and support procedures. &#xa0;</p><p>The Analyst will also have responsibility for building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Workday Core Financials and Adaptive Planning. As a technical expert, this role is critical to the successful adoption of Workday and Adaptive Planning at AIR Communities.</p><p><strong><em>Where You Will Work&#xa0;</em></strong></p><p>Our corporate office is located in the&#xa0;<strong>Denver Tech Center</strong>. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.&#xa0;</p><p>AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore&#xa0;this position will be&#xa0;<strong>in-office 5 days a week&#xa0;</strong>to support operations.</p><p><strong><em>What You Will Do</em></strong></p><ul><li>Support the Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning application across all modules including: Core Financials, Revenue Management, Accounting Center, Financial Planning, Prism Analytics, Projects, Expenses, Procurement and Extend.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and use techniques that tell the story behind the data.&#xa0;</li><li>Execute data and report validations to support ongoing audit and quality assurance processes.</li><li>Maintain a high level of interaction with business stakeholders to continually enhance/improve all aspects of the Workday Success Plan.</li><li>Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports and dashboards within Workday Report Writer for all current (and future) Finance/Accounting modules.&#xa0;Apply critical thinking and assessment skills to analyze problems and data as part of the development of corrective actions and recommendations.</li><li>Perform&#xa0;other duties consistent with purpose of job, as directed</li></ul><p><strong>Keys to Success:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Detail Oriented:</strong>&#xa0;You are consistently accurate, have an eye for detail and would always spot an error.</li><li><strong>Motivated:&#xa0;</strong>You are driven and strive to always put forth your best work.
