May be substituted by:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree and 2 years of relevant experience</li><li>High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience</li></ul></li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a production planning role</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a manager or leadership role</li><li>Demonstrates a strong passion for solving complex problems under pressure and a commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project required</li><li>Demonstrates strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective collaboration across teams.</li></ul><p>Vitesse Systems, LLC performs work controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
