          "text": "<p>We are looking for a seasoned project manager to join our team in a highly dynamic role!&#xa0; In this role you will support the creation of educational content, including but not limited to video, eLearning, instructor-led, etc. for our automotive clients. The ideal candidate has significant experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within scope and budget, while proactively communicating with senior management, project team members, and the client to meet customer and company expectations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities will include:</strong></p><p><em>Project Management</em></p><ul><li>Develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering the highest quality solutions</li><li>Demonstrate understanding of the business objectives related to each project</li><li>Proactively bring solutions to clients and company leadership</li><li>Develop detailed proposals, statements of work, budgets, and timelines</li><li>Assume ownership of all aspects of project development and delivery, including quality, timing, budget, and client satisfaction</li><li>Develop and communicate detailed project plans to adhere to timelines</li><li>Resolve resourcing constraints or conflicts by collaborating with team members</li><li>Escalate visibility to issues; offer solutions and guide challenges to resolution</li><li>Oversee project spend, forecasting, and other project-specific financials</li><li>Maintain routine communications (written and verbal) with senior management and clients concerning all aspects of your projects</li><li>Take initiative to identify and communicate process improvement opportunities</li><li>Lead client and internal discussions related to your projects</li></ul><p><em>Project Team Management</em></p><ul><li>Establish rapport with assigned project team(s) and key stakeholders</li><li>Align internal delivery schedules and processes to deliver on client’s vision</li><li>Clearly and consistently communicate project status to MSX Production Lead</li><li>Interface with project team members and suppliers, often dispersed geographically</li><li>Assume responsibility for your content development projects, providing clear direction to and supervision of instructional designers and production personnel.</li><li>Remain accountable for product quality and final client delivery</li><li>Manage Assistant Project Manager</li></ul><p><em>Client Management</em></p><ul><li>Establish rapport and build relationships with key client stakeholders</li><li>Conduct kick-off meetings for each project, leading client discussions on scope definition and project details</li><li>Set and maintain clear client expectations</li><li>Manage all client communications, including weekly status and presentations</li><li>Attend onsite meetings at client location when possible</li><li>Support business development (discovery, estimates, proposals) as required</li><li>Collect feedback and data to support a continuous improvement process</li></ul>",
