    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.10.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.10.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title:</strong>&nbsp; Line Associate &ndash; Assembly&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Department:</strong>&nbsp; Manufacturing &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Reports To:</strong>&nbsp; Production Supervisor &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Direct Reports:</strong> No&nbsp;</p><p><strong>FLSA Status:</strong>&nbsp; Non-Exempt/Hourly&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EEO Class: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>Labors and Helpers&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Location: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; East Bernstadt, Ky</strong></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUMMARY OF JOB</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Reports to the corresponding team leader and assembles components for the packaging of meals or accessory products for production.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Product inspections</strong></p><ul><li>Verify correct product names, codes, and dates are used; then placed on current menu.</li><li>To prevent defects the employee will assist in the on-line visual inspection.</li><li>Inspect for leaks and broken packages.</li><li>Prior to assembly, ensure all components of the accessory packs are accounted for.</li></ul><p><strong>Assembling of product</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to maintain line speeds with repetitive gripping, grabbing and placing of items into bags, boxes, etc.</li><li>Stack all items and insert on menu bag using the correct order.</li><li>Ensure all menu items, accessories, and components are assembled according to menu specifications.</li><li>Prepare menu bags for sealing and boxing.</li></ul><p><strong>Sealing</strong></p><ul><li>Receive menu bags to inspect for correct placing of products and components.</li><li>Verify correct menu bag to make sure proper codes and dates are being used.</li><li>Placed bags through sealing machine.</li><li>Inspect proper sealing, looking for defects on the seals.</li></ul><p><strong>Package of Assembled Product</strong></p><ul><li>Receive assembled and sealed menu bags then place them in proper container.</li><li>Inspect seal on bagging and product. Looking for breaks, leaks, or other defects.</li><li>Insert correct menu bags in container, and move container to final assembly.</li><li>Assist QA, MPC and Final Assembly with delivery of items to be inspected.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp; High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) equivalent preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Training Requirements</strong></p><p>To perform this job assignment an individual must meet the required job specific training located in the Training Register.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Language Skills</strong></p><p>Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Mathematical Skills</strong></p><p>Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10&#39;s and 100&#39;s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Reasoning Ability&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
