This is a chance to make a significant impact at a company that is shaping the future of AI and data management. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Our commitment to innovation, customer success, and market leadership makes this an exciting and rewarding role for a driven professional looking to make a lasting impact in the world of AI and data storage. </p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Senior Solutions Engineer for Global Alliances</strong>, you’ll be the technical bridge between DDN and its partners — designing, enabling, and delivering joint AI and data infrastructure solutions that scale globally.You’ll collaborate with GSI, OEM, and hyperscaler teams to integrate DDN solutions (ExaScaler, Infinia, A³I) into modern AI, HPC, and enterprise pipelines — driving performance, scalability, and ROI.</p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect scalable AI/HPC solutions using DDN platforms across hybrid and cloud environments.</li>\n <li>Enable partners (Accenture, HCL, Deloitte, Infosys, etc.) through labs, workshops, and certifications.</li>\n <li>Promote DDN reference designs for AI Factory, Sovereign Cloud, and GPU data platforms.</li>\n <li>Act as technical SME for alliance-led opportunities — supporting scoping, proposals, and PoCs.</li>\n <li>Co-develop joint blueprints, benchmarks, and best-practice documentation.</li>\n <li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Partner Engineering to validate and promote integrated solutions (NVIDIA, AMD, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot complex data infrastructure challenges to ensure optimal GPU utilization and TCO reduction.</li>\n <li>Represent DDN at partner summits, conferences, and technical forums.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>What You’ll Bring</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or consulting within AI, HPC, or data infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Experience collaborating with or within GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, etc.).</li>\n <li>Strong expertise in storage systems, parallel file systems (Lustre, GPFS), and GPU-accelerated workloads.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with NVIDIA DGX, AMD Instinct, and major OEM ecosystems (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Supermicro).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of AI/ML pipelines and data management at scale.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Why DDN</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay with performance incentives.</li>\n <li>Direct collaboration with global AI and cloud partners.</li>\n <li>A culture focused on innovation, execution, and partner success.</li>\n <li>Opportunity to impact AI infrastructure at Fortune 100 enterprises.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Success Metrics</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner enablement (labs, workshops, certifications).</li>\n <li>Growth in partner-sourced and influenced revenue.</li>\n <li>Joint architectures and PoCs launched.</li>\n <li>Documented customer outcomes (GPU utilization, TCO savings, AI performance).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>DDN</h2>\n<p>DDN has a very strong orientation towards these 4 characteristics and any successful employee will demonstrate these capabilities: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Self-Starter - </strong>Takes independent action to identify and solve problems.
