    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Come join our amazing team&nbsp;and work in our Jacksonville, FL Office!</strong></p><p>Our Loan Officer functions as a Consumer Direct inside sales mortgage originator and advises customers of all their mortgage options. Responsible for guiding our customers through the mortgage process whether purchasing a new home or refinancing their current home. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $125,000 - $300,000+ annually.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Prospect, connect, and build rapport with customers by making outbound calls to company-sourced leads and taking inbound calls from customer inquiries, Customer Service agent transfers, and third party transfers. •</li><li>Guide customers to the best mortgage products available by listening to the customer needs, answering questions, and collecting all documents necessary to close a mortgage loan.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure we are providing a high level of best-in-class service. • Adhere to all phone, email and SMS disclosure requirements when interacting with customers.</li><li>Partner with all respective business partners to ensure an expedient and seamless process of file flow.</li><li>Maintain resilience, determination, and adaptability to the changes in the mortgage industry and our customers’ needs.</li><li>Maintain adherence to all applicable laws and regulations regarding mortgage lending.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, and USDA products.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of purchase and refinance transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of Carrington’s underwriting guidelines and investor requirements or ability to learn quickly.</li><li>Knowledge of Carrington’s loan origination system or ability to learn quickly.</li><li>Industry specific software knowledge preferred, i.e. Lead management systems (Leads 360), DU, LP, Appraisal Management Software.</li><li>Proficient at or capable of learning all mortgage origination software and technologies.</li><li>Passionate about serving current Carrington Mortgage customers.</li><li>Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Our Company:</strong></p><p>Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending&nbsp;is part of The Carrington Companies.
