    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">LaRiviere Inc. is looking for experienced Form Carpenters in the Boise, ID Region.  </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span>Must be comfortable and physically capable of working in an outdoor environment and doing manual labor tasks. Dependability and a strong work ethic are expected. All skill levels are welcome to apply. Pay will be based on experience level and work history. </span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Construct and Erect Forms</span>: Build wooden or metal forms to hold concrete in place until it hardens, ensuring they are secure and properly aligned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Read Blueprints</span>: Interpret construction blueprints and diagrams to determine the dimensions and specifications for formwork.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Measure and Cut Materials</span>: Use precise measurements to cut and assemble boards, plywood, and other materials to create forms of the required shape and size.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Install Reinforcements</span>: Place rebar and other reinforcements within forms to strengthen the concrete structure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure Safety</span>: Follow safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate with Team</span>: Work closely with other construction professionals, including site supervisors and laborers, to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Skills and Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Carpentry Skills</span>: Proficient in using hand and power tools, with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mathematical Ability</span>: Capable of performing calculations to determine material quantities and dimensions accurately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Attention to Detail</span>: Strong focus on precision to ensure that forms are level, plumb, and square.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Stamina</span>: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Blueprint Reading</span>: Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction blueprints and local building codes.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Form carpenters  work on construction sites, which may involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions. The job is labor-intensive, requiring the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights using scaffolding.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Most jobs are local in the Boise, Idaho Region.
