    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Role Overview:</p><p>The Operations Associate at Alphaland is responsible for best-in-class member and</p><p>guest experience across all front-facing areas of Alphaland.</p><p>Main Responsibilities:</p><p>&bull; Greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism upon</p><p>entry and exit.</p><p>&bull; Create a welcoming, high-energy, and community-driven environment.</p><p>&bull; Build rapport with members through consistent engagement</p><p>&bull; Proactively assist members with questions, needs, or concerns</p><p>&bull; Uphold Alphaland&rsquo;s brand standards in every interaction</p><p>Other Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p><p>&bull; Execute accurate member check-ins, account verification, and day pass sales.</p><p>&bull; Assist members with billing, account updates, payments, and general inquiries</p><p>&bull; Collaborate with Account Managers to support new member onboarding and overall</p><p>member experience</p><p>&bull; Proactively drive retail and product sales through product knowledge,</p><p>recommendations, and active engagement</p><p>&bull; Execute all POS transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges with</p><p>accuracy and accountability</p><p>&bull; Maintain retail floor standards by organizing, folding, sizing, and replenishing</p><p>merchandise throughout each shift</p><p>Job Title Operations Associate</p><p>Department Alphaland Gym</p><p>Reports To Gym Manager</p><p>Location HQ - Onsite</p><p>FLSA Status Hourly/Non-Exempt</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Execute all retail floor sets, including new product drops, layout changes, and visual</p><p>merchandising updates as directed</p><p>&bull; Process incoming inventory by receiving, organizing, tagging, and preparing product</p><p>for the floor</p><p>&bull; Execute outbound inventory processes, including packing, documenting, and preparing</p><p>items to be returned to warehouse as needed</p><p>&bull; Maintain strong facility standards by ensuring cleanliness, re-racking weights,</p><p>organizing equipment, and identifying operational discrepancies</p><p>&bull; Other duties as assigned by management</p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><p>&bull; Education: A high school diploma or equivalent</p><p>&bull; Skills:</p><p>&bull; Previous customer service experience</p><p>&bull; Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>&bull; Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment</p><p>&bull; Preferred Skills/Experience:</p><p>&bull; Previous experience using ABC Ignite or Shopify</p><p>&bull; Experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality environments</p><p>Traits/Characteristics</p><p>&bull; Flexible, collaborative, &amp; a team player</p><p>&bull; High energy &amp; presence</p><p>&bull; Thrive in a fast paced, cross functional team environment</p><p>&bull; Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills</p><p>This job description is intended to provide an overview of the responsibilities,</p><p>qualifications, and expectations for the Operations Associate role.
