Description Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to a cross functional product team by leading the architecture activities and ensuring successful development, delivery and maintenance of architecture artifacts. You will do this while working with a broad set of individuals and teams. You will also help support go-live activities for interfaces in a federal environment. The ideal candidate will have an understanding an interest in Enterprise Architecture concepts. It is a plus if you how to represent concepts in DODAF type architectural diagrams. It would also be beneficial if the candidate understands federal contracting rules and regulations and is comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, business process re-engineering and how that relates to architecture is important. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional team to develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts which are valuable to Leadership, Development, Testing, and Sustainment of a myriad of integrated systems Ensure work products meet or exceed quality requirements and adherence to standards Monitor and control work, anticipating and avoiding issues to the maximum extent possible Top skills or competencies to be successful: Strong ability to work with people to understand interface needs and subsequently define, develop and maintain appropriate architecture artifacts Communication, team building, coaching Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed. Education, certifications, US Citizenship and required experience: 3-5 years of experience relevant to this position including at least 1 year consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Required travel up to 25% US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Working in an office setting 4 days a week Preferred Experience and Capabilities Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Concepts Technical experience in a Medical Environment DODAF or other modelling tools Cerner (Oracle Health) Systems HL7 Security and Connectivity concepts (ports, protocols, Security boundaries) Visio or other visualization software CAMEO or other modeling tools GoLive Support for software systems Previous Federal Contracting experience Qualifications Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours. 11. Paid parental leave 12.
