In this role, you will lead the budgeting and management reporting functions with the support of a small team. You will act as a trusted finance partner to business teams and senior management, delivering clear analysis and insights that directly influence strategic and commercial decisions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires strong financial modelling capability, ability navigate complex regulatory and balance‑sheet‑driven considerations.
