A product of note is Sodium Hypochlorite, which is offered in a variety of strengths.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The Instrumentation and Electrical Supervisor is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and instrumentation equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the chemical manufacturing facility. This role supports production by ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Repair, installation and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, grounds and utilities with minimal supervision.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and P&amp;ID diagrams and manuals to effectively carry out job assignments.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate various instrumentations installed in the facility, such as automated valves and metering devices.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and maintain site automation.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot, repair/replace and install new instrumentation devices.</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical systems, 460/230/120 as well as plant lighting repairs and upgrades.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install new electrical piping and equipment heat trace systems.</li><li>Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of plant PLC systems.</li><li>Carry out electrical and/or instrumentation system repairs, installation and maintenance up to 480 volts and 3 phase motors down to low voltage signal installations and trouble shooting.</li><li>Installation of new electrical services.</li><li>Support operations technicians on task training in preventative maintenance and minor repairs.</li><li>Works with other maintenance personnel to provide required support.</li><li>Able to perform preventive maintenance and repairs of facility fleet vehicles.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities):</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
