          "text": "<p><strong>Preference is for candidates residing in Eastern time zone, for work with European posts and colleagues.</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Senior Manager of Compliance to lead and manage Quadient’s USPS SOC 1 and SOC 2 programs. This role is responsible for audit execution, control design, and ongoing risk assessment, while serving as a key advisor to business, technology, and operations teams. You will ensure SOC compliance is embedded in organizational changes and lead foreign postal audits as needed.</p><p><strong>SOC Program Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end SOC 1 and SOC 2 programs (scoping, controls, testing, remediation, reporting)</li><li>Ensure alignment with SOC 1 financial controls and SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria</li><li>Partner with external auditors to deliver high-quality, on-time audits</li></ul><p><strong>Advisory &amp; Change Management</strong></p><ul><li>Advise stakeholders on SOC implications of process, system, and organizational changes</li><li>Conduct impact assessments and recommend appropriate control strategies</li><li>Embed compliance considerations into business transformation initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Control &amp; Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain control documentation, risk assessments, and audit evidence</li><li>Monitor control performance and lead remediation efforts</li><li>Support control owners and oversee testing of complex areas (e.g., BCP/DR, third parties)</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate audit results and risk insights to leadership</li><li>Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and cross-functional teams</li><li>Stay current on regulatory and industry developments</li></ul>",
