Develops, organizes and implements high quality, member-focused YMCA aquatic programs.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Directs and supervises program activities to meet the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives. Establishes new program activities and expands program within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community organizations.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Monitors daily pool operations to adhere to all state, local and YMCA health and safety regulations.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Conducts and ensures proper maintenance of pools. Secures and schedules pool facilities. Maintains accurate records of pool chemical levels and facility maintenance.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Creates and schedules swim classes, water fitness classes, and swim team practices<br />\r\n\tand meets.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Assists in YMCA fund raising activities and special events.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Models relationship-building skills &#160;in all interactions.
