          "text": "<p><strong>SALES SUPPORT</strong></p><p>Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.</p><p>Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.</p><p>Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.</p><p>Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.</p><p>Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.</p><p>Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.</p><p>Other duties as assigned.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>COMMUNICATION</strong></p><p>May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.</p><p>Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.</p>",
