This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional gaming experience while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and professionalism on the casino floor.</p>\n<h3><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Monitor and document guest play including wager amounts, play duration, buy-ins, and wins/losses.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain proper table inventories and perform fills and credits as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Issue and inspect playing cards and dice at the start of each shift.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support personnel functions including training, development, coaching, evaluations, and corrective action.</p></li>\n <li><p>Supervise and instruct dealers in proper game procedures, accuracy, and service standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with staff scheduling and coordination of ongoing training needs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Resolve guest service issues promptly and professionally.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and departmental procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain confidentiality of company, team member, and guest information.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow and enforce all required safety standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform additional duties as assigned and adapt to scheduling needs based on business demand.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be <strong>21 years of age or older</strong>.</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum of <strong>3 years of Table Games experience</strong>, including experience as a Dealer or in supervisory roles (Floor Supervisor, Pit Supervisor, Shift Manager Trainee, etc.).</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</p></li>\n <li><p>Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and player tracking systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong knowledge of table games rules, procedures, and internal controls.</p></li>\n <li><p>Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be able to secure and maintain a <strong>Nebraska Gaming License</strong> and
