We also offer products and services (vials, ampules, stoppers, septa, seals, caps, bottles, tubes, flasks, and value added services) to customers seeking packaging solutions.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Company revenue is generated through four primary channels: Global distributors, National distributors, Direct field selling efforts, and Inside sales selling efforts. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">DWK supports four primary market segments: Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Analytical Sciences, and Industrial glass.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">The Machine Operator is responsible for the procurement To operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner and produce product per customer specification.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong>:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Complete equipment set-up&#39;s in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Record length of time and quantity of materials used for each job. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Inspect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Notify management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Adhere to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Rubber machine operator (molding) position requires heat resist sleeves &amp; gloves, safety glasses, and during set up steel toe tips. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Seals machine operator position requires safety glasses, ear plugs and during set up steel toe tips</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Required to wear proper gowning for specific areas</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain good housekeeping and EHS requirements</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Perform other related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong><u>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">High School diploma, GED or equivalent</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">3-5 years of proven Machine Operator experience</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">MS Office Suite, SAP a plus</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Understands the basic concepts of manufacturing&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">*<em>Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substitute at management discretion.</em></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong><u>WORK ENVIRONMENT / CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS</u></strong><strong>:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to lift at times up to 15lbs.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">These are considered essential duties and are illustrative of those job tasks, which are fundamental.
