You will work directly under a BCBA/BCaBA to ensure clients are steadily making progress and meet the high-quality standards of care determined by BACB Ethical Standards and Alphabet Soup ABA Pediatric Behavioral Services. RBTs/BTs will run programming individually developed for each client using research-based methods of applied behavioral analysis to increase communication, socialization, attending skills, academic toleration, daily living skills, and overall quality of life. This will be done by consistently implementing the individualized treatment plan, individualized educational plan (IEP), behavior intervention plan, recording skills acquisition and behavior data, and other records in a timely manner.</p>",
