This role drives continuous improvement, operational performance, quality management, and change adoption across all areas of operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives/initiatives and measurable business outcomes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we expect… </strong></p>\n<p>Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and govern Business Excellence program and strategic projects with established benefits realization tracking and value measurement.</li>\n <li>Design, build, and deploy a comprehensive TQMS that establishes quality standards, processes, and controls across the entire design-build lifecycle.</li>\n <li>Oversight of company-wide continuous improvement, including standardized process development, improvement, and governance, Lean and Six Sigma deployment and certification programs (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt).</li>\n <li>Drive the culture of process optimization, waste elimination, and productivity improvements across functions.</li>\n <li>Collaborate and provide guidance on learning and development programs for improvement methodologies.</li>\n <li>Lead organizational change and process adoption using structured change frameworks to support transformation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Promote knowledge management, best-practice sharing, and continuous learning.</li>\n <li>Drive culture transformation initiatives focused on accountability, performance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels of leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Business Performance Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and govern KPI frameworks aligned with business excellence and strategic priorities.</li>\n <li>Lead Scorecard implementation and ongoing performance reviews.</li>\n <li>Drive systematic improvement recommendations and performance insights for the business operating system ensuring alignment to strategic goals and objectives.</li>\n <li>Oversee business performance analytics and produce executive reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Quality Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee the Total Quality Management System (TQMS).</li>\n <li>Ensure regulatory and standards compliance across internal and external audits.</li>\n <li>Lead standards certification efforts (e.g., ISO 9001).</li>\n <li>Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2> Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Who we want… </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in operational or business excellence; or the equivalent combination of both education and experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum of ten (10) years management experience.</li>\n <li>Strong background in quality management systems and audit standards. Experience in Total Quality Management System (TQMS) is preferred.</li>\n <li>Proven experience leading enterprise transformation and performance management systems.</li>\n <li>Must possess strategic thinking, execution leadership, data-driven decision making and advanced analytical skills</li>\n <li>Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, software and e-mail. The selected candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Occasional travel may be required.</li>\n <li>This person must be physically present in the Lexington, Charlotte, Atlanta, Dallas or Birmingham office with potential for a hybrid work schedule.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The new team member should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development.
