You will handle daily financial processing, month‑end reporting, and audit‑ready documentation, while also supporting production operations, including licensing, inventory, and order fulfilment for our ControlMaestro (SCADA) products. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who values precision, professionalism, and long‑term development. </p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform daily financial processing, reconciliations, and transaction validation</li>\n<li>Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close</li>\n<li>Maintain audit‑ready financial and production documentation</li>\n<li>Assist with software license generation, entitlement management, and system logging</li>\n<li>Support production workflows including configuration, serialization, and quality checks</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory and production records</li>\n<li>Coordinate order fulfilment, shipping documentation, and client communication</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>1–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or a similar role</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and high integrity</li>\n<li>Comfortable working with financial data and reconciliations</li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel and able to learn new systems quickly</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in English</li>\n<li>Literacy in French, German, and/or Italian is a strong plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Swiss accounting practices or ERP systems (Abacus, SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite)</li>\n<li>Experience in production, logistics, or order fulfilment</li>\n<li>Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
