Description

Job Summary: Our client, a modern and stylish hospitality brand, is seeking a Hotel Sales Person to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The role involves promoting the hotel’s rooms, event spaces, and services to individuals, companies, and groups. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding service while achieving sales targets and supporting the hotel’s overall growth. Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients such as companies, travel agencies, and event planners to promote hotel services. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and special offers. Achieve sales targets by generating new bookings and events. Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to checkout. Track sales activities and prepare regular performance reports. Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community activities to increase brand visibility. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry (minimum 3 years an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in engaging with clients and building strong relationships. Goal-oriented, motivated, and able to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
