This is an opportunity to lead lighting operations at scale, shape a team, and deliver high-impact entertainment experiences to thousands of guests daily.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>What We’re Looking For:</p>\n<p>· Extensive experience in live lighting production (theme parks, theater, concerts, or events)</p>\n<p>· Strong leadership and team management skills</p>\n<p>· Advanced knowledge of lighting systems, control protocols, and programming</p>\n<p>· Experience with large-scale or multi-venue operations</p>\n<p>· Excellent organizational and communication skills</p>\n<p>· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<p>· Experience supervising teams of 10+ technicians</p>\n<p>· Background in themed entertainment or high-volume show environments</p>\n<p>· Familiarity with GrandMA, ETC, and networked lighting systems</p>\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n<p>· Ability to lift 50 lbs</p>\n<p>· Comfortable working at heights and outdoors</p>\n<p>· Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays</p>",
