font-size: 10pt\">A relevant tertiary qualification in the Built environment i.e. Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(27, 28, 29); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property development, encompassing all work stages from inception to handover. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(27, 28, 29); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Financial modelling competencies </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(27, 28, 29); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A passion for innovation and a desire to challenge the status quo in the construction industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(27, 28, 29);
