    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p>The E-Commerce &amp; New Goods Technician is responsible for supporting both in-store new goods operations and online sales execution. This role combines merchandising, inventory management, and digital sales responsibilities to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience. The position works closely with store and eCommerce leadership to drive performance, maintain operational standards, and support Goodwill&rsquo;s mission.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>1. Mission Alignment: Demonstrates Goodwill&rsquo;s mission, vision, and values.</p><p>2. Sales Support: Assists in driving sales and profitability across new goods and eCommerce channels.</p><p>3. Product Evaluation: Identifies high-value items for online sales</p><p>4. E Commerce Execution: Packs/Ships items to Warehouse.</p><p>5. Inventory Management: Tracks and organizes inventory across both channels.</p><p>6. Team Collaboration: Works with leadership and team members to improve performance.</p><p>7. Safety &amp; Organization: Maintains clean, safe, and organized workspaces.</p><p>8. Performance Tracking: Monitors KPIs and contributes to performance improvements.</p><p>9. Other Duties: Completes additional tasks as assigned.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p><p>* High school diploma, GED or any job related experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be able to perform the essential functions of the position.&nbsp;</p><p>* Must have good team building skills.&nbsp;</p><p>* Must be able to drive sales and have a strong customer focus.&nbsp;</p><p>* Incumbent must be able to work with a diverse group of customers and staff, and with individuals with disabilities.</p><p>* Incumbent must also have the ability to determine when to direct a problem or situation to a supervisor.&nbsp;</p><p>* Requires acceptable results of CORI check according to Goodwill policy and requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div>\n",
