    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are looking for a highly skilled Back-End Software Engineer to join our team.</span> In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust back-end applications and services, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure software quality through automated testing and best practices. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code, with proven experience in C#/.NET, MSSQL, and microservices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git is essential. You should bring excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset, along with a commitment to our unique company culture and values. Bonus points for experience with JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, cloud services, and advanced front-end technologies.
