    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>POSITION PURPOSE</u></strong></p><p>The primary responsibilities of the Production Associate will be cleaning and prepping of radiators, oil coolers, and associated parts, assembling and/or building units. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision and cooperate in a team environment. Assists supervisor in identifying maintenance requirements. Performs all work activities in accordance with Health and Safety Program and Quality System. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to use air tools, impact, grinder, etc.</li><li>Ability to use basic hand tools, hammer, wrenches, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Successfully complete training per requirements of company training program.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist other employees in setup and operation functions as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify improvements of methods that will increase quality and profitability.</li><li>Identify maintenance issues as they arise.</li><li>Provide information as requested to other departments to facilitate the completion of work projects.</li><li>Understand and comply with all facets of the Health and Safety Program.</li><li>Understand and comply with all facets of the Attendance and PTO policies. &nbsp;</li><li>Exhibit professional demeanor.&nbsp;</li><li>Read, understand, and follow routings and work instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS (knowledge, skills and abilities)</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Exhibits good problem-solving skills.</li><li>Exhibits adequate verbal communication skills.</li><li>Exhibits adequate employee relation skills.</li><li>Requires the ability to set, adjust and secure tooling using various hand tools and measuring instruments.</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivated, reliable and can work without much supervision.</li><li>Exhibits good interpersonal skills, team building and leadership characteristics.</li><li>Be able to deal with change and respond quickly to a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or GED, required</li><li>Prior basic tool operation experience preferred, but not required.</li><li>Should have basic math and reading skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the day.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.</li><li>Ability to work with hands-on tedious operations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
