We are seeking to hire a full-time Leasing Consultant for our apartment property, The Highlands located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Leasing Consultant at Lyon Living, you will be an integral part of someone’s journey in finding a new home.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Promotes positive and welcoming customer interactions aligned with the Lyon Living experience.</li><li>Conduct community tours for future residents.</li><li>Generate leads and lease apartment homes to achieve occupancy goals.</li><li>Qualifies prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork.</li><li>Collects rental deposits and application fees.</li><li>Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value.</li><li>Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience/Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>6 months - 1 year of strong customer service and/or sales experience.</li><li>Retail, hospitality, and/or food &amp; beverage background</li><li>Property management background is a plus.</li><li>Flexible scheduling and available to work on weekends</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Intermediate to proficient levels of computer and administrative expertise.</li></ul><p><strong>Send your resume to [email protected]</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle.
