          "text": "<p>Fork lift operators with 6 months prior fork lift experience. </p><p>Assists in movement of product within the distribution process by performing the following duties.                                                 </p><p> </p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><p> </p><p>Unloading/loading of inbound, outbound and transfer trailers.</p><p> </p><p>Moving of product from one area to another.</p><p> </p><p>Have the ability to work in temps ranging from zero to minus twenty degrees Fahrenheit.</p><p> </p><p>Keep dock floors and equipment clear of debris including but not limited to stretch wrap, wood, dust, snow, ice and exposed product.</p><p> </p><p>Up-stacking or down-stacking of product for storage, loading and inventories.</p><p> </p><p>Pass all requirements to be a PIE operator for OK Foods.</p><p> </p><p>Maintain an absentee rate of 5% or less.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities </strong>                                                   </p><p> </p><p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p>",
