We encourage teammates to be self-governing based on high standards of professionalism and judgement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program, set up, and operate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mazak Integrex turn-mill platforms</span>, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5-axis simultaneous machining</span></li>\n<li>Efficiently manage and operate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">more than one machine at a time</span> when appropriate, while maintaining quality and process control</li>\n<li>Own parts from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">programming and fixturing through prove-out, first article, and production</span></li>\n<li>Support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">quick-turn R&amp;D and prototype efforts</span>, including rapid iteration with engineering</li>\n<li>Develop and refine machining strategies for tight tolerances, complex geometries, and evolving designs</li>\n<li>Interpret and apply <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GD&amp;T</span> accurately and consistently</li>\n<li>Support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">first article inspections (FAI)</span> and interact with quality during AS9100D processes</li>\n<li>Maintain disciplined documentation and adhere to controlled manufacturing procedures</li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement in tooling, fixturing, and machining efficiency in a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">low-volume, high-mix environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience programming and operating <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mazak Integrex</span> or equivalent multi-tasking 5-axis machines</li>\n<li>Proven background producing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">aerospace or defense-grade hardware</span></li>\n<li>Ability to manage time and priorities while supporting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">multiple machines or parallel tasks</span></li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">precision machining, setups, and process control</span></li>\n<li>Comfort working in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">regulated, audited environments</span></li>\n<li>High level of personal accountability and attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AS9100D quality management systems</span></li>\n<li>Experience supporting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">first articles, audits, and inspection processes</span></li>\n<li>Experience working in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">low-volume, high-mix</span> or R&amp;D-driven manufacturing environments</li>\n<li>Prior work supporting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">R&amp;D, prototyping, or engineering development programs</span></li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DoD or controlled programs</span></li>\n<li>Comfortable working with sensitive or export-controlled information</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is full-time salaried position with full benefits offered.
