Description

I am interested in joining Yorkville University and Toronto Film School but don’t see a suitable role. At Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, our core values centre on delivering an exceptional student experience. We are committed to academic excellence, transforming the Canadian post-secondary education landscape, and fostering collaboration at every level. If you are passionate about making an impact but don’t see a current opening that aligns with your expertise, we encourage you to share your resume and areas of interest. While specific roles may not be open now, we are always excited to connect with talented individuals in the following areas: Faculty: Professors and Sessional Faculty who bring expertise and passion to facilitate onsite and online courses for a global student body. Student Experience: Professionals connecting students with vital resources, services, and information to provide optimal guidance and support.  Curriculum and Content Teams: Designers, specialists, and developers creating modern learning materials for in-class and online delivery. Marketing and Communications: Creative storytellers crafting compelling content across various platforms to engage local and global audiences. Admissions and Sales: Teams promoting our programs and guiding students through the application and admissions process. Administrative Assistants: Partners in daily operations, driving impactful projects and optimizing departmental processes. Technology: Experts building secure, scalable systems and providing IT support for thousands of users with 24/7 reliability. Operations: From strategic planning and business process development to facilities and building management, and roles in human resources, finance, and legal. Our teams encompass diverse roles essential to delivering exceptional educational experiences. If your unique skill set falls outside the specifics above, we still want to know how you can contribute to our mission. Why work at Yorkville University and Toronto Film School? An atmosphere that successfully blends an entrepreneurial culture with education. We value innovation and continuously look towards expanding our programming, working with the latest research, tools and solutions. As a private school with government approval of our offerings, we have the opportunity to do more, stay current and be future-forward. The chance to accelerate your career and disrupt education by responding to the needs you see and purposefully challenging the status quo. Everything we do here is about delighting and engaging our faculty and employees - and ultimately our students- from mentorship to teaching, from creative outlets to analytical ones.  A place where all individuals feel welcomed in the academic and workplace environments and can bring their authentic selves to the educational and work spheres. We celebrate the full range of human diversity and acknowledge that equal access to opportunities and services may require the removal of barriers that equity-seeking communities experience in trying to obtain this access.  The opportunity to grow with access to free courses, certifications and programs - right up to our Master’s offerings.  What happens next? Once you submit your application, we will review your experience and keep your information on file for future consideration. We encourage you to follow us on LinkedIn and check our Career Page frequently for new openings. If you see an opportunity that interests you, we recommend you apply directly using your most up-to-date information. Join us Diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical components of life at Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, and we are committed to making these values an integral part of our culture.
