This full‑time, entry‑level maintenance role is&#xa0;ideal for hands‑on problem solvers who enjoy helping guests and keeping resort operations running smoothly. This position requires weekend and holiday availability to support our busy resort environment. You will support resort operations by performing maintenance tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders.&#xa0;You demonstrate Westgate’s core values of <strong>Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic</strong> in every interaction.</p><p>At Westgate Resorts, our team members are the heart of our success. When you join the team, you become part of a company that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete maintenance projects, work orders, and guest requests.</li><li>Perform basic repairs: painting, wall touch-ups, caulking, plumbing fixes, and unclogging.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical issues, reset breakers, and replace bulbs.</li><li>Install and program TVs and small electronics.</li><li>Assist with appliance repairs and replacements.</li><li>Use resort systems like HotSOS to track work.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts safely.</li><li>Communicate professionally with guests and peers.</li><li>Follow all safety standards and identify potential hazards.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.</li></ul>",
