This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, build plans, manage risks, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing enterprise‑scale IT initiatives and can operate comfortably at both strategic and hands‑on levels.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Project Leadership &amp; Delivery</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects (e.g., application development, systems implementation, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, integrations).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, resource plans, and budgets; track progress and adjust as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with IT and Business Project Leaders to enable communication between business units, IT teams, vendors, and leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, and steering committee updates.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide clear, concise, and timely communication on project status, risks, issues, and decisions to all levels, including executives.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Governance, Risk &amp; Quality</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with Core Project team to identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; drive mitigation and resolution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure projects adhere to organizational PMO standards, SDLC/Agile practices, security policies, and compliance requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and track KPIs/metrics to measure project performance and benefits realization.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with IT and Business Project Leads to lead cross‑functional project teams, including business analysts, developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, security, and external vendors.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead through influence to set project expectations, assign tasks, and monitor workload; promote accountability and high performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mentor and coach junior project managers or team members in project management best practices.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Process Improvement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Continuously look for ways to improve IT project delivery processes, tools, and templates.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Capture lessons learned and contribute to the evolution of IT PMO standards and methodologies.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5&ndash;7+ years of experience managing IT projects, including large, complex, and/or multi‑year initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts (e.g., applications, databases, integrations/APIs, data lakes, networking, cloud, security).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated experience managing third‑party vendors and system integrators.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM), or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in Agriculture and/or Controlled Environment Agriculture</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com).</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strategic thinking and business acumen</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and actionable plans</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leadership and team motivation in a matrixed environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Negotiation and conflict resolution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adaptability in a fast‑paced, changing environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong ownership and sense of accountability</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compensation &amp;
