Visit our website to learn more!&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Who will you be working with?</strong>&#xa0;</p><p>You'll be joining Wabtec Bus Solutions, a team driving innovation in Transit Bus &amp; Rail systems, including passenger door systems, wheelchair lifts &amp; ramps, e-Bus charging systems, driver’s protective barriers, and more. We blend technical expertise with deep product knowledge to deliver high-impact solutions for our customers and communities.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>How will you make a difference?</strong></p><p>Responsible for end-to-end management of warranty claims and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), including claim intake, validation, documentation, and coordination with manufacturing, suppliers, logistics, and customer-facing teams. Ensures timely and accurate processing of returns, replacement orders, credits, and failure analysis activities while maintaining strong communication with internal and external partners.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What do we want to know about you?</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Two years of college or relevant technical education preferred, with 1–3 years of experience in warranty, RMA, customer service, or related operations roles. Experience with ERP systems is strongly preferred.</li><li>Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving capability.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What will your typical day look like?</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Execute and manage warranty and RMA transactions, including creation, tracking, and closure of claims.</li><li>Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and suppliers to resolve product issues and confirm eligibility of rejected claims.</li><li>Create replacement orders, schedule service activities, and arrange outbound logistics when required.</li><li>Serve as the primary communication link with customers, channel partners, and field personnel regarding claim status and resolution.</li><li>Prepare credit memos, vendor compliance paperwork, and adjustments in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Track and generate regular warranty/RMA reports and maintain RMA and warranty procedures and contribute to process improvements.</li><li>You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $29.00-$31.00</p><p>Wabtec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this opening.
