Partner with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Business leaders to execute multi‑year roadmaps. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and delivery outcomes with accountability and transparency. Champion modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud‑native development. Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing engineering and experience teams. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading enterprise software engineering teams in complex environments. Strong background managing SaaS platforms, integrations, and vendor‑delivered solutions. Experience collaborating across engineering, product, UX/UI, and operations. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Confident communicator and trusted advisor who can influence across a matrixed organization. This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 4–6 years of progressive software engineering experience, including initial people leadership or team‑lead responsibilities.
