This may entail the movement of reasonably portable items to allow for thorough cleaning around them</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">The cleaning technician <span style=\"color:#000000;\">will utilize commercial cleaning equipment including, but not limited to, an auto-scrubber, propane burnisher and carpet extractor</span> </span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Maintain open and frequent communication with direct supervisor to address issues, provide solutions, and immediately report any safety incidents or property damage</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Responsible for orientation and training sessions for all cleaners to ensure they have a full understanding of the scope of work, use and maintenance of equipment, and requirements for documenting hours worked</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Participate actively in all safety programs and activities and responsible for using safety measures in work areas</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\">Functions as an extension of TEC Services Management team</span></span></li>\r\n</ul>",
