This role is ideal for someone who prefers a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">steady, methodical pace</span>, values clear expectations, and enjoys developing deep expertise over time.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll play a key role in supporting project success by creating reliable, detailed models that directly impact how work is executed in the field.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and update 3D BIM models for concrete construction projects.</li>\n<li>Create and manage detailed models for formwork, reinforcement, and placement.</li>\n<li>Prepare BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project information.</li>\n<li>Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between building systems.</li>\n<li>Utilize BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) for project visualization and planning.</li>\n<li>Provide technical support and training on BIM processes and tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and industry standards.</li>\n<li>Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.</li>\n<li>Must be able to exert 25-50 pounds of force occasionally and travel as required.</li>\n<li>Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Martin Concrete Construction?</span></span></p>\n<p>We’re committed to your development, offering opportunities to expand your skills and advance your career.
