Preconstruction Working with preconstruction and marketing teams, play a key role in the preparation of project proposals, evaluating bid tabs, conducting QA/QC constructability reviews, and developing preliminary project schedules. Project Controls Complete understanding of individual subcontract agreements. Review daily reports for accuracy. Manage site SWPPP. Review monthly owner billing. Track and maintain subcontractor insurance certificates. Responsible for management of General Conditions . Prepare for OAC meetings Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings. Facilitate weekly CMC project team meetings. Schedule Management Develop and maintain project schedules. Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet or beat project completion date. Monitor and report on project progress. Quality Management Ensure work conforms with drawings and specifications and project team adheres to prime contract requirements. Participate in project kick-off meeting. Advocate for quality and adherence to the company’s QA/QC Program. Safety Participate in the development of site-specific safety plans. Champion a culture of safety throughout the project by driving compliance of our Safety Program. Conduct site safety audits and weekly safety meetings.
