In this role, you will support customers across the Gulf Coast by providing hands‑on service for our Engineered Solutions for Flow and Quality Measurement, helping ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in one of the nation’s leading industrial and energy regions.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Our Engineered Solutions portfolio includes custody transfer/fiscal metering systems, analytical process gas systems, continuous emissions monitoring systems, liquid analysis systems, and sustainability solutions. Lifecycle Services cover digital engagements, annual recurring revenue contracts, upgrades, and “As a Service\" business models.</p><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Perform demand and contract field services, including emergency and scheduled maintenance, to support our Analytical product installed base, with a focus on Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMs), DeNOx, Gas Purity, and Combustion Control amongst others.</li><li>Assist with Factory Checkout (FCO), customer-witnessed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure systems meet quality and functional standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Consult with factory and service centers to deliver the right technical solutions and collaborate with Sales and Business Development Managers to design comprehensive solutions for customer needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Support technical training and post-sale service planning with customers to ensure effective and efficient use of our products.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and refine best practice procedures for the startup and troubleshooting of products, proactively addressing and resolving customer product and application issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage overhead, travel, and expenses in a fiscally responsible manner, ensuring adherence to all safety, quality, and company rules and regulations to guarantee personal and workplace safety.&nbsp;</li><li>Function as the strategic communication point between customers and the business in resolving warranty issues and drive organizational accountability with regular updates.</li><li>Stay technically proficient on new products and enhancements within the Analytical and Detection product lines through self-study and factory training.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><strong>Who You Are:</strong></div><div><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options.
