    "descriptionText": "Salary: USD 110,000–150,000\n\n Description\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HPC Engineer to join our Engineering team. This individual will design, implement, optimize, and support high performance computing solutions tailored to customer needs. This role requires strong technical experience in HPC architectures, parallel computing, and cluster management, as well as a passion for working with emerging technologies to solve complex problems.\n\n Primary responsibilities include: \n\n Design, configure, and deploy HPC clusters and solutions including hardware, networking, storage, and software stack\n Monitor and maintain the performance of HPC resources.\n Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within HPC environments.\n Optimize and tune applications for performance in HPC systems.\n Introduce and apply new technologies for improving computational effectiveness.\n Manage security protocols and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.\n\n Requirements\n\n 5+ years in HPC engineering, cluster administration or technical role\n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\n Experience with MPI, CUDA, or other parallel computing\n Hands on experience with job schedulers (Kubernetes, SLURM, PBS,)\n Proficiency in Linux operating systems and shell scripting (Python, Bash)\n Familiar with containerization technologies (docker, singularity) in HPC environment\n Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills\n Excellent communication skills\n Ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially when dealing with urgent issues\n\n Benefits\n\n Medical Insurance\n Dental Insurance\n Vision Insurance\n 401(k)\n Flexible spending account\n Commuter benefits\n Disability insurance\n\nWe also have a perfect location for all types of commuters: AMAX is located right between I 680 and I 880.
