  "BriefDescription": "As a member of Oncor’s Near-Term Transmission Planning management team, you’ll be responsible for leading transmission planning activities in the near-term horizon, between initial project release and asset energization, to ensure transmission projects are developed and executed to support load growth and ensure system reliability. This includes managing the development of near-term load forecasts and detailed models of Oncor’s transmission system as necessary to conduct load flow analyses and provide timely feedback to construction and operations teams on the feasibility of proposed sequences. To the extent conflicts are identified between projects, internal or external, this includes identifying options to resolve issues.",
