The schedule can be five days a week 8:30 am to 5 pm or four TENS, you choose!</strong></p><p><strong>PERKS & PAY</strong></p><ul><li>$94,000 base salary PLUS Up to 12% annual bonus</li><li>Flexible schedule opportunities (4 Tens available)</li><li>Generous PTO: 3 Weeks of PTO your first year!</li><li>10 Paid Holidays</li><li>Individual and family health insurance coverage: Various medical, vision, and dental plans to choose from.</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Potential eligibility for Student Loan Forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program</li><li>Reimbursement of your license fee</li><li>Professional development</li><li>Professional liability coverage for clinical staff</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree or above in a nursing field of study from an accredited school.</li><li>Current license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Kentucky, or ability to obtain licensure in Kentucky.</li><li>Relevant experience, knowledge, and expertise in the behavioral health field.</li><li><strong>Must have experience working with children and adolescents.</strong></li><li>An active DEA is highly desirable but not required.</li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Provides medication management services based upon initial and ongoing assessments of child, adolescent, and adult clients with SMI, SED, and SUD diagnoses.</li><li>Develop individual service plans based on assessment data and provide appropriate medication interventions as necessary to resolve presenting symptoms.</li><li>Performs patient history screenings, risk factor assessments, and ordering of therapeutic and diagnostic tests as indicated by client status.</li><li>Appropriately prescribes medications following organizational policies and relevant federal/state regulations.</li><li>Consult with the Lead Medical Officer on cases that are beyond the scope of knowledge and expertise.</li><li>Adheres to appropriate standards of care, and ensures clients are seen routinely before providing medication refills.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring individuals on caseload for changes or declines in mental status or medical conditions.</li><li>Work independently with other members of the professional staff to promote quality and effective patient care.</li><li>Completes quality documentation of services provided, including service plans, progress notes, medication informed consent, treatment plan reviews, and other required information to assure compliance with organizational policies and third-party compliance standards.</li><li>Participate in staffing meetings and consultation with other clinicians to assess therapeutic needs of clients and encourage appropriate referrals to internal and external community services.</li><li>Maintain communication and positive multi-disciplinary working relationships with clinicians and other related professionals in the community.
