      "Value": "<strong>Maintenance Technician – Winter Haven, FL</strong><br>1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, overtime as needed.<br>Starting Wage: $26/hour plus<ul><li>Assist and/or perform all task required as detailed in Preventative Maintenance Plan (per interval).</li><li>Visually inspect equipment parts for damage and proper cleaning.</li><li>Clean, lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of the machinery.</li><li>Assist other maintenance personnel when required with dismantling of defective machines and equipment and assist with installation of new or repaired parts.</li><li>Perform maintenance and repair activities within set budgets for each area and monitor operator conformance to established operating conditions.</li><li>Provide encapsulation equipment training to new and current machine operators.</li><li>Schedule and ensure all preventative maintenance requirements are completed fully as detailed in the Preventative Maintenance Plan.</li><li>Assist in maintaining the appropriate levels of spare parts in stock to minimize downtime.</li><li>Work with Production Planning to schedule all preventative maintenance work while minimizing downtime.</li><li>Prioritize workload and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.</li><li>Adhere to company rules and safe work practices throughout each department.</li><li>Keep work area clean and organized.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><strong>Education:</strong><ul><li>Minimum – High School diploma or GED with 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Preferred – Technical degree and/or equivalent experience.</li></ul><strong>Experience:</strong><ul><li>Minimum 4 years+ experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is desirable. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><strong>Specific skills</strong>:<ul><li>Experience working in industrial/commercial environments.</li><li>Experience working in hazardous environments.</li><li>Able to interpret P&amp;ID and schematics.</li><li>Experience and knowledge of Pneumatic systems.</li><li>Working knowledge of diaphragm pumps, centrifugal pumps valves, and actuators</li><li>Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and carry out mechanical repairs on a range of mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, valves)</li><li>Able to understand, work with and have an input in the creation of Risk Assessments</li><li>Good understanding and maintenance of manufacturing equipment</li><li>Take responsibility for the coordination of contractor works conducted in compliance with Health &amp; Safety</li><li>Demonstrate a working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs i.e., Word and Excel</li><li>Aptitude and willingness for continued training and development</li><li>Must be skilled in electrical 120v to 480v and control voltage 24v</li><li>Skilled in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic processing equipment.</li></ul><div>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:107873BR</div>",
