Beginning as a small family business a half century ago, we are now a dynamic group of vertically integrated companies that has been growing and prospering for 50 years.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why work for H&K Group, Inc.? </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li>\n <li>100% Company-paid Health Benefits</li>\n <li>401(k) Savings and Investment Plan</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement programs available to qualifying employees for approved programs</li>\n <li>Additional training opportunities including on the job, online through the H&K Academy, manufacturer offered training, and more</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs all work according to OSHA/MSHA and H&K Safety policies</li>\n <li>Performs pre and post trips on lowbed tractor daily</li>\n <li>Drives lowbed truck to destination</li>\n <li>Prepares trailer for equipment to be picked up</li>\n <li>Loads heavy equipment onto trailer</li>\n <li>Drives to assigned job site and unloads equipment from lowbed trailer</li>\n <li>Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations and company policy</li>\n <li>Maintains telephone or radio contact with dispatchers to receive pickup and delivery instructions</li>\n <li>Loads and unloads truck</li>\n <li>Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water</li>\n <li>Positions blocks and secures equipment during transit in accordance with federal guidelines</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills, Education, and Experience</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
