Supervise dealers and patrons, handle complaints and disburses chips or tokens to paying customers. Supervise all dealer games and ensure fair transactions and ensure integrity of all games. Table Games Manager Dealers<br>Essential Job Functions:<br>Resolve all game disputes efficiently according to binding floor calls.<br>Develop required guidelines and provide training to staff members to facilitate efficient usage of all casino policies and procedures.<br>Develop effective training programs and supervise the work of all dealers.<br>Supervise efficient working of all gaming areas and manage opening and closing of all table games for dealers and perform regular inspection of all car decks.<br>Maintain record of all losses and bet amounts and administer accuracy of all payouts and analyze all table games activity and assist to resolve all issues for guests and employees.<br>Maintain all table games and prepare required reports to resolve all customer inquiries and coordinate with various departments to maintain optimal level of services.<br>Assist to transfer all transaction from cashiers to customers and administer all game shifts and prepare required paperwork for all processes.<br>Participate in all staff meetings and resolve all guest complaints within required time frame and supervise efficient working of the table games department.<br>Observe gaming tables for proper etiquette.<br>Handle service complaints.<br>Record wagers and compile reports.<br>Ensure that tribal, state, and federal regulations are adhered to during playing of games and wagering.<br>Survey tables for suspicious activity.<br>Establish and maintain banks and table limits for each game.<br><br> Move dealers from game to game.<br> Hire, train, and terminate staff.<br> Explain house rules to both patrons and staff.<br> Establish betting limits and game rules.<br> Comp meals for VIPs.<br> Evaluate dealer&rsquo;s performance.<br> Open and close gaming tables depending on volume of customers.<br> Review collection reports and operational expenses.<br> Perform all other duties as assigned.<br>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<br>Education:<br> High School Diploma or GED<br>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<br> Must have sound technical understanding of games, manuals, policies and procedures<br> Demonstrated ability to coordinate or supervise the work of others<br> Must possess excellent customer interaction, analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving<br>skills<br> Ability to lead and coach<br> Well-developed interpersonal skills<br> Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public<br> Must have a professional appearance and be team player<br> Must be able to stand for long periods of time (minimum of 2-4 hour intervals)<br> Must be able to sit for long periods of time (minimum 2-4 hour intervals)<br> Ability to respond to visual and aural cues<br> Must have the manual dexterity to manipulate cards, dice and spinning wheels, as well as<br>operate a computer<br> Must be able to work flexible schedule including; evenings, weekends, holidays and<br>promotional events<br> Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, strong odors, dust, loud<br>noises and bright lights<br>Training and Experience:<br> 3-5 years&rsquo; experience in Table Games or Poker<br> 2-3 years of supervisory experience<br>Licenses/Certifications/Other:<br> Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from all required</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
